我在路上(了) (wǒ zài lù shàng le)
This phrase literally means “I am on the road” or “I’m on my way.” It’s the most common and direct way to express that you are heading somewhere.
e.g.
快到了，我在路上了。 (Kuài dào le, wǒ zài lù shàng le.) I’m almost there, I’m on my way.

The extended phrases to express “on my way” in Chinese
我马上到 (wǒ mǎshàng dào)

你等我一下，我马上过去。 (Nǐ děng wǒ yīxià, wǒ mǎshàng guòqù.) Wait for me a moment, I’m coming right over.
